Plan a variety of different situations with our configurator!

  • Pan roof
The classic construction situation for many private building projects is no problem for the configurator.
  • Other pitched roofs
This includes roof types such as corrugated, trapezoidal, or folded sheet metal roofs. All of these have their own special features and therefore require a specific approach.
  • Flat roof
Whether it's a company building or a private home, our configurator optimally plans flat roofs with solar modules to determine the best result.
  • Balcony power plants
Smaller systems such as balcony power plants can also be planned and calculated. The individual material requirements for the fastening products are of course included in the calculation.
  • Solar facades
The configurator can also be used to plan solar modules on walls or other vertical structures.
  • Free forms
Would you like to calculate the solar modules for an open space? That's no problem either. The configurator offers the option of either planning with a predefined shape or starting a completely free plan and placing the solar modules on the surface using drag & drop.
  • Solar fences
Some solar providers also offer the option of installing solar modules between fence posts. This can also be done in the configurator.

Depending on the selections made, the options in the next steps will change.

For example, the height of the house is relevant for construction projects on roofs, but in other situations (e.g., solar fences), this information is not relevant and is not requested. This reduction in complexity simplifies the planning process considerably.

Do you have a 2D plan of the building situation? Then simply upload it directly to the configurator.

You then have the option of tracing the plan. If desired, the configurator can be expanded with AI, which automatically recognizes the floor plans on the imported PDF or image, further simplifying the drawing process.

In many situations, different variants (different profiles, fastenings, or colors) are possible. You can make these selectable in the configurator, thus ensuring maximum flexibility.

  • Selection of different substructures
Users of the configurator can easily decide which substructure they want to use by clicking a button. Your portfolio naturally defines the available options.
  • Selection of fasteners and colors
Different construction situations often require different fasteners. You can also select this in the configurator if there are several options available for a given situation.

Solar and photovoltaic modules often come in a wide variety of sizes. Enter the dimensions during the planning process to make optimal use of the structure and construction area and to plan accordingly.

  • Custom dimensions
You can always enter custom module dimensions and take them into account in your planning.
  • Set multiple sizes as favorites
You can also work with different favorites, save them in quick access, and place them as needed.

If you have special requirements or want to leave an area free, these changes can be made manually in the 3D environment.

Additional modules can be dragged and dropped from the toolbar into the 3D scene. Once placed, all necessary products (substructure, etc.) are automatically recalculated and visualized.

The modules can also be moved, rotated, or deleted at a later stage. This ensures maximum planning flexibility!

The orientation of the solar modules plays a decisive role in optimizing power generation. In the configurator, you can change this with just a few clicks and in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • South orientation
Plan all solar modules facing south. The distances between the individual rows are determined by the configurator. Among other things, the module angle is taken into account to determine the correct distance.
  • East-west orientation
East-west orientation ensures more consistent power generation throughout the day. Here too, the distances between the module groups are determined based on the angle of the solar modules.

To determine the optimal material requirements, the configurator includes a waste optimization feature for all profiles. If desired, multiple profile lengths can be included in a plan and calculated with waste optimization.

Do you have additional products in your range that are not essential for the construction of a solar system, but would still like to offer them in the configurator?

This can also be activated in the additional menu item “Accessories.” Classic examples are wall formwork sheets, adhesives, paints, etc.

The plan can be downloaded easily and directly as a PDF from the configurator.

In addition to a summary, you will receive the assembly drawings with dimensions.

The parts and materials list is also included at the end of the PDF.

The entire PDF can be customized. This allows you to decide which content you would like to make available.

You also have the option of completely deactivating the PDF download function.

Users of your configurators can always request planning by email.

Here, too, you have complete freedom and can customize the request.

  • Freely definable mandatory fields
  • Free choice of which content should be shared in the email
  • Distinction between the request email sent to you and the one sent to your customer. This allows your customer to receive a different PDF than you (e.g., without prices)

In addition to PDF, the material and cutting lists can also be exported as Excel or CSV files. These can then be imported into third-party systems.

Here, too, you can freely define how the exported files should look.

Every plan can be saved at any time and reloaded later.

This also helps you when customers create a plan and you want to review or correct it.

Any type of interface can be developed freely. Just get in touch with us!

  • Import master data into the configurator

Pricing is as individual as each product range and each company.

Therefore, it is always difficult to make a blanket statement about prices.

Simply contact us and let us work together to identify your requirements. We will then be able to provide you with a very accurate estimate.

Any questions?

We can establish interfaces in both directions (towards the configurator and outgoing). We would be happy to show you how such interfaces work for existing customers in a live presentation.

  • Transfer of master data from PIM or ERP systems
  • Query of stock levels and individual prices per retailer
  • Linking and assignment of project information to your CRM system
  • Transfer of orders to web shops and/or ERP systems

In practice, interfaces are often simpler than assumed.

Let's talk about it.

We can import .dxf or .ifc files into our configurators and then reuse them.

It is also possible to export the design in suitable formats. Examples of this are:

  • .DXF
  • .IFC
  • .GLB
  • .STL
  • .OBJ

We can also import all article data via an article information table (AIT).

This table contains all relevant product data. This also includes dependencies such as which substructure is compatible with which facade board or which fastening elements are required.

Sounds complicated? No problem—thanks to our many years of experience in the field of configurators, we can also take care of creating the AIT. All you need to do is provide us with the assembly instructions, product data (price list or similar in PDF/Excel format), and product images.

We will set up the table for you and take care of the assignment work.

Oh yes!

Our company is geared towards your individualization needs. From your contact person to the web developer, everyone involved has the necessary expertise to understand your individualization requirements and then implement them.

We are confident that together we will find the right solution.
